Creed was diagnosed in
2011 with Leber's Congenital Amaurosis (LCA) a rare hereditary disease
that causes blindness in children. But researchers are working daily to
find a cure. We are in our fourth year of hosting the Creed's Cause 5K Race/Walk and invite you to be a part of its success.
If you registered before Midnight on April 25th you will be able to pick-up your race packet early.
Packet Pick-Up will be at the Central Florida YMCA in Tavares, FL. on April 29th and 30th from 5-8pm
